Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 1596-2517, in line 90, by inserting after the word "projects" the following: “provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended to the MassYouthInnoLab for K-12 career-connected learning resources ”.
