Design improvements to Chelmsford center traffic signalization

Mr. Cataldo of Concord moves to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 1596-2507, by striking out “100,000” inserting in place thereof the figure “$125,000” adding the following: "provided further, that no less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Town of Chelmsford for design improvements to Chelmsford center traffic signalization."
