Educational Opportunities in Winchester

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 2F in line 90, in line item 1596-2517 by adding the following:- "provided, that not less than $500,000 be appropriated to the Town of Winchester for assistance in the acquisition of not more than 15 acres of land in Winchester, commonly known as Forest Ridge, to be utilized for conservation and nature based education."
