Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 0000-0000, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $85,000 shall be expended for the town of West Boylston to address funding shortfalls impacting afterschool programming, late bus transportation for extracurricular activities, and additional classroom resources
