New Bedford High School intercom system

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 1596-2517, by inserting after the word “projects” the following: provided further that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the New Bedford Public Schools for replacing the intercom system at the New Bedford High School
