Ms. Montaño of Boston moves to amend the bill in line item 1596-2517, by inserting the following:

"provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Friends of the Hernández for fostering bilingual and bicultural leaders while providing essential enrichment, after-school programming, and family engagement opportunities;”
