Amendment #68 to H5264

An Act Relative to Roadway Improvements on Jericho Road in the Town of Scituate

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in Item 1596-2507 (One-time transportation projects)

Insert the following words:-

“; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the town of Scituate for the repair, resurfacing and related improvements to Jericho Road”

And in said item, by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$300,000”.
