Amendment #8 to H5264

Special Education Funding for the Town of Shrewsbury

Mrs. Kane of Shrewsbury moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by inserting at the end thereof the following:

"; provided that no less than $150,000 shall be provided to the town of Shrewsbury to offset special education costs for fiscal year 2026"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$250,000”.
