New Bedford Port Society Herman Melville Statue

Mr. Hendricks of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 0000-0000 the following item: "; xxxx-xxxx and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Port Society in New Bedford for costs related to designing and constructing a statue in honor of the renowned author Herman Melville"
