Amendment #97 to H5264

Special Education Funding for the Northborough and Southborough Regional School District

Representatives Donaghue of Westborough and Kilcoyne of Clinton move to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the Public Schools of Northborough and Southborough to offset special education costs for the 2026 fiscal year”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$400,000”.
