Ms. Ramos of North Andover moves to amend the bill by striking out the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Ms. Ramos of North Andover moves to amend the bill in section 6 by inserting after the word “days”, in line 363, the following words:- or has a derivative beneficiary as described in 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(15)(T)(ii)(III) who will age out within 45 days.
