Ms. Ramos of North Andover moves to amend the bill in Chapter 258F by striking out “is in federal removal proceedings or” from line 362-363 and inserting on line 363 after “45 days” the following: -

“or has a derivative beneficiary as described in 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(15)(T)(ii)(III), who will age out within 45 days,”
