Public Reporting at Schools, Daycares, Places of Worship, and Hospitals

Mr. Sena of Acton moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section: “SECTION X: Any person who is; present at or near to a place of worship, daycare, hospital, or school providing education to children in grades kindergarten through twelfth grade, and; is witness to an officer or employee of a federal immigration authority present at a place of worship, daycare, hospital, or school providing education to children in grades kindergarten through twelfth grade, may issue a comment to the attorney general regarding the conduct of the officers or employees of the federal immigration authority. Once every calendar year, the attorney general shall produce or authorize a report summarizing these comments to the public.”
