Amendment #4 to H5305

Clarification that state or local resources may not be used for federal civil immigration enforcement

Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by striking lines 172-173 and replacing them with the following:-

(iii) except as required by federal or state law, or pursuant to a judicial warrant, court order or treaty, use state or local resources for federal civil immigration enforcement; or
