Amendment #12 to H5375

Gardners Neck Road and Route 103 Redesign

Representatives Thurber of Somerset and Howitt of Seekonk move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6121-2768, by inserting at the end thereof the following: - “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the redesign, study, permitting, and engineering of the intersection at Gardners Neck Road at Route 103 and New Gardners Neck Road in the town of Swansea.
