Federal Street Improvement Project

Ms. Shand of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2A, item 6121-2717, by adding the following: "provided further that $1,500,000 shall be expended for Newburyport's Federal Street historic and livability improvement project, which will increase traffic and pedestrian safety, include new bike lanes, and revitalise aging infrastructure."
