Mr. Gómez of Easthampton moves to amend the bill In section 2, in item 6121-2737,  by adding the following: "Provided further, that not less than 15 percent of the funds authorized in this item shall be reserved for municipalities with a population of 20,000 or fewer for the repair, replacement, or modernization of culverts and small bridges to improve climate resilience and prevent localized flooding"
