To Assist Local DPW Directors

Mr. Gómez of Easthampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6122-2730, by adding the following words: "provided further, that it is the intent of the general court to maintain a minimum annual authorization of $300,000,000 for said municipal ways through fiscal year 2029 to provide municipalities with the fiscal predictability necessary for long-term capital planning and multi-year construction contracting"
