Tewksbury State Route 38 25% Design Phase Assistance

Mr. Robertson of Tewksbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6121-2717, by adding the following: "provided further that no less than $1,500,000 shall be expended to assist the town of Tewksbury in reaching the 25% design phase for a Route 38 corridor project in the town of Tewksbury."
