Wilmington Wildcat Line Sound Mitigation

Mr. Robertson of Tewksbury moves to amend the bill by adding the following: provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the town of Wilmington for the construction of noise mitigation infrastructure along the MBTA Wildcat Line in the town of Wilmington
