Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6121-2768, in line 57, by inserting after "finance" the following: ”provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Town of Danvers for the creation of pedestrian access paths to Danvers waterways”
