Newton Highlands Village Safety Enhancement Project

Mr. Schwartz of Newton moves to amend the bill by adding the following: provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the City of Newton for ADA Accessibility, sidewalk improvements, intersection upgrades, and integration of green infrastructure as part of the Newton Highlands Village Enhancement Project.
