Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6121-2768, in line 57, by inserting after "finance" the following: ”provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to the City of Peabody for pedestrian safety upgrades to the West Branch Library”
