Belmont Street Safety Improvements

Mr. Mahoney of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6121-2717, by inserting the following: “; provided further, that not less than $1,200,000 shall be expended for the City of Worcester to support traffic safety improvements to Belmont Street, including right-sizing the roadway and establishing a critically needed safe pedestrian crossings,” and in said item by striking out the figures “$500,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$501,200,000”.
