Amendment #3 to H5469

Fees

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in Section 3, in line 313, by inserting the following:-

“All fees collected under this section shall be transmitted to the general fund.”
