Amendment #6 to H5469

Solicitation of Contributions

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in section 3, in line 313, by inserting at the end thereof the following sentence:

“For the purposes of subsection e, any fees collected by a legislative records access officer shall not be considered a solicitation of contributions in a public building, as defined in section 14 of chapter 55 of the general laws.”
