Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill by adding a new section:

XXXXX.  Notwithstanding any law or regulation to the contract, no education or education related grant opportunities, including after school programs, shall be denied due to a municipality's non-compliance with G.L. c.40A, s.3A.
