Educational Choice for Children Act

Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill by adding a new section:

XXXX Notwithstanding any law or regulation to the contrary, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall participate with the Educational Choice for Children Act as set forth in the 2025 budget reconciliation bill.
