New Bedford Port Society Herman Melville Statue

Mr. Hendricks of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 8800-0001 the following item:

xxxx-xxxx not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Port Society in New Bedford for costs related to designing and constructing a statue in honor of the renowned author Herman Melville at the Seaman's Bethel in New Bedford
