Mr. Philips of Sharon moves to amend the bill in Section 54, in line 509, by striking the number "7" and inserting in place thereof the number "9"; and further, in line 512, by adding after the word "representatives;" the following:

"1 member of the Massachusetts Association of County Commissioners; 1 member of the Massachusetts Association of County Treasurers;"
