Mr. McKenna of Sutton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 3 by inserting after the word “requirements” the following: ", provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Sutton for the maintenance, improvements, or removal of the Clark Reservoir Dam in Sutton";
