Mr. Xiarhos of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0050, by inserting after "departments" the following:- "provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the Bourne Fire Department for equipment purchases, maintenance, and personnel training"
