Mr. Xiarhos of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by inserting after "projects" the following:- "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Barnstable Public Schools for maintenance and improvements to school playgrounds and play spaces"
