Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, in line 163, by inserting after “conditions” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for St. Anthony Shrine for the purpose of the expansion of the Father Mychal Judge Center for Counseling and Recovery, a trauma-informed, low-barrier mental health and substance use counseling program serving individuals and families in downtown Boston”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$154,492,413" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$154,592,413".
