POST Commission De Novo Review

Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Subsection (f) of section 10 of chapter 6E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words "chapter 30A.", in line 87, the following sentence: " For all decisions of the commission resulting in suspensions in excess of two weeks or decertification, the chapter 30A appeal shall include a de novo review."
