Mr. Philips of Sharon moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 7010-1192, by inserting after “General Laws” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Biotechnology Education Foundation, Inc. to increase career pathways for the life sciences sector”
