Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the 7UICE Foundation to bridge opportunity gaps and empower youth in underserved communities through education and innovation”, and in said item by striking the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,000,000"
