Mrs. Fluker-Reid of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0010, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the historically oldest American Legion post of color the William E. Carter American Legion Post in the Mattapan section of the city of Boston".
