Massachusetts Women of Color Network

Mrs. Fluker-Reid of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1136, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Women of Color Network to expand its KBSA Training Toolkit Delivery program and restore vital resources that support women of color advocates in the domestic and sexual violence movement, including mentorship, training and community care supports”.
