Caribbean Integration Community Development, Inc

Mrs. Fluker-Reid of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Caribbean Integration Community Development, Inc. within the cities of Springfield and Boston to promote equitable access to low cost capital for small businesses”.
