St. Stephen's Youth Parent Mentoring Program at the Mattahunt Elementary School

Mrs. Fluker-Reid of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $140,000 shall be expended for the St. Stephen's Youth Parent Mentoring Program at the Mattahunt Elementary School”
