Rehoboth PFAS Remediation

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Rehoboth for the remediation, testing and supplies for water systems contaminated by per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances, as well as the installation and maintenance of filtration systems in residents’ homes.”
