Representatives DeCoste of Norwell and Kearney of Scituate move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 9110-9002, by inserting at the end thereof the following: - “; provided further, that not less than $5,000 shall be expended to the council on aging in the town of Norwell for food programming and services"
