Representatives DeCoste of Norwell and Sweezey of Duxbury move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 9110-9002, by inserting at the end thereof the following: - “; provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended to the council on aging in the town of Hanson for food programming and services"
