Amendment #1080 to H5500

Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 8000-0313 by adding after the word “programs”:

“; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council, Inc.”

and by striking out the figure: “$100,000”

and inserting the following figure in place thereof: “$150,000”
