Amendment #1081 to H5500

Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116 by adding after the word “projects”:

“; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation, Inc. for the maintenance and upkeep of the Massachusetts law enforcement memorial”

and by striking out the figure: “$100,000”

and inserting the following figure in place thereof: “$150,000”
