Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7505-0100, by inserting after the word “college” the following:- “; provided, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended in support of rural health career education and training”, and in said item by striking out the figure “$16,423,542” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$16,548,542”
