Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0050, by inserting after the word “departments the following: ", provided further, that no less than $60,000 shall be expended to the town of Dracut for the 25% design of a Rescue Boat Ramp for the Merrimack River in the Town of Dracut for the Dracut Fire Department";
