Mr. Hong of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0107 by inserting at the end thereof the following: “; provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be directed to Community Teamwork Inc. for the purpose of administering a program for emergency needs for families and individuals in crisis."
