Mosaic Interfaith Youth Action

Mr. Schwartz of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7061-9815, by adding the following:

", provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended on Mosaic Interfaith Youth Action, a grant program administered through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in coordination with the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security that engages with middle and high school students for the purpose of preventing hate crimes and incidents statewide."
